2. Shipping Information

Delivery options:
Standard Delivery:

• From 11:00 to 17:00.
2) Saturday
• From 11:00 to 14:00
Delivery to regions other than Tbilisi-Rustavi is carried out by mail, on the next working day after the order. Shipping charges are determined by order value and destination address.
• Shipping of orders worth more than 500 GEL is paid by the sender.
• The customer pays for the transportation costs of orders worth less than 500 GEL.

Delivery times: Orders are usually processed and shipped within business days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and delivery method chosen.
Track your order:
After confirming your order, you will receive a written confirmation by e-mail, after the order leaves the warehouse, the company will inform you in writing about the logistics details.
3. Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return or exchange items under the following conditions:
Return Policy:
You can return your items within 48 hours of receipt.
Items must be in original condition, unused and in original packaging with all tags attached.

Refund:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will issue a refund within 24 hours.
Refunds will be made using the same method the buyer used when purchasing the product.

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us for return details and let us know which product you would like to receive in exchange.
