Roasting : Our coffee beans are roasted to perfection, medium roast to represent Brazil, carefully selected for creaminess and body. Arabica selected in precise proportions from Colombia gives it a fresh fruity aroma with a pleasant sensitivity of acidity.
Premium Blend : Originating in Guatemala, the Arabica enhances the cocoa and citrus notes that give it elegance and complexity. This combination is enhanced by a very light proportion of L'India coffee to allow it to finish on a dry fruity note.
